Redwood Empire Haystack Needle 15 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon

Haystack Needle is a limited release, single barrel offering from Redwood Empire. Select lots of 15-year-old straight bourbon have been carefully chosen from our Sonoma County rack house. This whiskey was distilled in 2006 and has spent the last several years aging in our temperate wine country climate. Each barrel is individually bottled, non-chill filtered to preserve rich, natural flavors, and offered at barrel strength.

Tasting Notes: Super extracted charred oak and baking spice flavors open to a dried fig and date finish with evolving depth in the glass.
