BROVO American Apertiivo is the product of a decade’s worth of experience in the bitter/amaro/aperitivo category. At BROVO, we have made more than two dozen Amari from original bartender recipes, learning techniques, mastering the process, and experimenting with different ingredients.
BROVO American Aperitivo combines orange, grapefruit, and lemon with hibiscus, bilberries, and other ingredients to form an Aperitivo-style bitter liqueur. It’s all grown-in-the-ground plants for color, flavor, bitter and sweet.
