A while back we were tasting aged whiskey from various barrels and would toss the remains of a sample into a glass beaker. After nine different mash bills, we had quite the combination of whiskies, and curiosity got the better of us. It was unique and flavorful and led us to combine these 9 different bourbon mash bills representing varying proportions of Corn, Wheat, Rye, and Barley Malt ranging in age from 5-7 years. This is a very special whiskey and we hope you will enjoy it.
