Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year mash bills was first finished in our ex-rum cask solera for an additional year before our blender decided to play around with a few Añejo tequila casks. The result is a plethora of flavors starring rich and spicy whiskey, supported by peppery and sweet agave and funky fruity rum; a true piñata of goodness.
