In the analog age of music, artists recorded take after take, experimenting with alternate sounds until a great record emerged. For this take, we finished our aged single malt whiskey into north Samuel Adams Utopias barrels and Ooroso sherry barrels from Spain. The resulting finish provides a warming mix of port wine, hazelnut, caramel and lingering dark cherry notes.
