George T. Stagg Straight Bourbon 2021 is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon which was named after the man who built the most dominant American distillery of the 19th century, during a time known as the Gilded Age of Bourbon. Uncut and unfiltered, this robust bourbon whiskey ages for nearly a decade and boasts the bold character that is reminiscent of the man himself. It has aromas of caramel-stuffed chocolates, vanilla extract and sour cherries. The palate is rich and luscious, a slow-moving, sticky river of caramel, leading to peanut shells and coffee grounds. The finish is long, sumptuous and lip-smacking.
