Jimmy Red Sherry Cask Finish is a celebration of the diverse agricultural tradition of our region. This rye revival spirit began as a label of love to save Jimmy Red corn from near extinction. Little did we know we were preserving some of the finest whiskey corn in the country. We create this special expression by finishing our beloved straight bourbon whiskey in freshly dumped Oloroso Sherry casks which adds complementary layers and complexity to this classic spirit.
TASTING NOTES:
Cinnamon, maple, graham, ripe cherry, and walnut with a dry finish.
