Hollerhorn is proud to offer you a small batch of 100% NYS grown and distilled Bourbon Whiskey. We have partnered with local farmers within 20 miles of our distillery and sourced heirloom open-pollinated corn for this quality grain and the most flavorful varieties we can source for all of our whiskies, believing the proof is in the glass. Utilizing a combination of barrels in our aging process allows us to offer something incredibly unique and something that stands apart. We also use minimal filtration and never chill-filter and of our whiskies, because we believe it removes many of the wonderful characteristics that the barrel adds to the spirit
