The Kujira Ryukyu Whisky is distilled from 100% premium rice and matured in White Oak Virgin Cask under the constant sunshine and sea breeze on Okinawa Island. The subtropical climate and maritime condition provide a warm and humid storage condition that accelerates the maturation process, exhibiting the uniqueness of Ryukyu Whisky with subtle fruitiness, botanical flavors, and powerful body texture.
Nose: Apples, pears, tropical fruits, and hints of spices.
Palate: Delicate oaks, figs, nuts, and butterscotch.
Finish: Sweet and long finish, with pleasantly fruity, herbal scent and woody texture.
