Sourdough starter from Philadelphia’s High Street Café. This unique blend of corn, rye, barley, and sourdough results in a flavor-rich, balanced batch of bourbon with notes of milk chocolate, butter, leather, and stone fruit on the palate, and a dry spice on the finish.
