St. George Spirits and Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. have been friends and collaborators for more than two decades. Sierra Nevada has brewed much of the wash for our Lot Series Single Malt since the late 90s. In honor of our friendship, we wanted to explore what it would be like to distill one of Sierra Nevada’s most beloved beers - Ruthless Rye IPA. Distilled and laid down in 2013, this Collaboration is one we’ve both been patiently waiting to share. Oh, and we’ve blended in a bit of that very first Single Malt Whiskey from 1997 as well. We hope that you enjoy this special release of our shared history.
