Stone Barn 4 Year Old Oregon Bourbon: Riverboat Edition

This whiskey was made in Portland, Oregon, then perfected while underway for 4 months on the Columbia River traveling over 10,000 miles abroad on a tugboat. We mashed, fermented, then distilled Oregon-grown grain into fragrant bourbon in our copper pot still. The two-step aging process has yielded a rich, dry bourbon with cherry notes and a sweet lingering finish.
