14-Day Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchases. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, first you must state the item(s) were "Purchased in error" in addition your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Full Order Return Requirement
For orders consisting of multiple items, a refund will only be granted when the complete order is returned. For instance, should you purchase ten units of a product and subsequently return only seven, a refund will not be issued. Likewise, in cases where multiple types of items are ordered—such as three units of Item A, two of Item B, and five of Item D—a refund will only be processed if every item from the order is returned in its entirety.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 15-day period and provide the following information:
Order number
Reason for return (must state "Purchased in error")
Upon receiving your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse the package and it is returned to us by the shipping provider, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you and the return shipping costs back to us.
Additionally, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping costs to you are also non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
